AlohaCare Advantage Plus
AlohaCare Advantage Plus (HMO D-SNP) is a Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug plan that covers Medicare Part A (inpatient care), Part B (outpatient care) and Part D (prescription drugs). We provide comprehensive coverage, extra benefits, and personalized support to help you stay healthy and active.
To be eligible for AlohaCare Advantage Plus, you must:
- Be a resident of Hawaiʻi
- Be enrolled in AlohaCare’s QUEST (Medicaid) health plan
- Have full benefit Medicaid coverage and are enrolled in AlohaCare’s QUEST
- Have Medicare Parts A and B
- Continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium
- Qualify for an enrollment period
